ORDERS:

We are a small operation with big aspirations. While we try to keep items manufactured and stocked that doesn’t always happen. If the item(s) you ordered have yet to be manufactured, your order and item(s) will be processed within 72 hours. If for some reason your item/items are not in stock you will be notified via email. From there you can let us know if you would like to cancel your order or if you would like to choose an item or items of equal or lesser value.

SHIPPING:

Currently we ship our products using USPS: First Class, Priority, Priority Express.

We are in the process of exploring other shipping options that will benefit our customers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL)

Currently, we do not ship internationally. While exploring some of the other shipping options we are also exploring international shipping because there’s interest there and we want to be where our customers are.

All orders $150 or more are shipped FREE.

SIZING:

Our bow ties are slightly larger than your normal bow tie. They measure 2 ⅜ “ wide, 18 ½ “ is the largest neck size.

Opposite of our bow ties our neckties are slightly slimmer than your standard mens necktie. Measurement: 2 ½ wide, 58” long

Yes, we don’t exclude anyone. We are comfortable saying our bow ties will fit an 18 ½ “ neck. If something bigger is needed please email us at: info@nattyneckware.com and we can discuss further our process for getting you what you want and need. (It’s a simple process, so no worries)

CONVERSION (ECO-FRIENDLY):

Well, of course we do and we love to. Nothing says sustainable and eco-friendly more than repurposing items. Find more about this service here.

TAILORED/CUSTOM SERVICES:

Yes! Custom orders can be as small as a single product or as large as a set of products. For more information on our custom services, visit us here.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

We haven’t had unhappy customers and we hope we don’t have any. But we know things happen so please know that we have a 15 day return policy. Product(s) must we like new (unworn, unwashed, tags still attached). Read more about our return policy here.

KIDS NECKWEAR (NATTY JR.):

Yes, we love the kids. Currently, we can make kids bow ties out of any available fabric we have in our adult bow ties. We don’t have kids neckties, but it’s in the works.
